OpenAI dots: how a UK team can use ChatGPT's always-on agents
Dots are OpenAI's always-on agents inside ChatGPT, launched on 29 September 2026. Each dot has its own cloud computer and browser, connects to apps you approve, works in the background and can be reached in ChatGPT, Slack or Teams.
In the UK, dots come with ChatGPT Business Premium. The Pro plan excludes the UK, EEA and Switzerland, and Enterprise workspaces get a beta when an admin turns it on.
