Training with AI coding tools

Which AI coding tool fits the work I want to do?

Start with the task, your skills and the code you need to maintain. Remote Humans helps you learn tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex through real work. We work through context, source checks and testing. Choose the tool for the job, then check what it changes before using the result.

The Problem

Sound familiar?

Your team is using 3 different tools

One developer swears by Copilot, another uses Cursor, a third just discovered Claude Code. There's no shared approach and no way to compare results.

Nobody has configured rules or settings

AI coding tools without configuration are like IDEs without extensions. Rules files, system prompts, and context settings are where the real gains come from.

AI-generated code quality is inconsistent

Sometimes the AI produces clean, production-ready code. Sometimes it's a mess. Without shared prompting standards, quality is a coin flip.

Unclear ROI on licenses

You're paying for Pro or Business seats but can't measure whether the investment is paying off. Productivity claims are vague and unverified.

Security concerns about code in AI tools

Which tools send code to the cloud? Which keep it local? What about proprietary code, API keys, and client data? Nobody has clear answers.

Can't evaluate Cursor vs Copilot vs Claude Code

Each tool markets itself as the best. Without hands-on experience with all of them, comparison is impossible. You need an independent perspective.

You need someone who uses all of these tools daily to give you a straight answer.

FAQ

Common questions

Which AI coding tool do you recommend?
It depends on your team, tech stack, and workflow. Cursor excels at IDE-integrated development, Claude Code is strongest for agentic and terminal workflows, Copilot integrates well with GitHub-heavy teams. We test against your actual codebase before recommending.
How long does an evaluation take?
A typical evaluation runs 2-3 weeks. We spend time with your codebase, test each tool on real tasks your team performs, and deliver a written recommendation with supporting evidence.
Do you have a bias toward any particular tool?
We use Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot daily. We have deep expertise in all three plus Windsurf and others. Our recommendation is based on what works for your team, not vendor relationships.
What about security and data privacy?
This is a core part of every evaluation. We document exactly what data each tool transmits, storage policies, enterprise data isolation options, and compliance with your security requirements.
Can you train the whole team after we choose a tool?
Yes. The engagement includes a hands-on training workshop. We also provide rules files, configuration templates, and a reference guide so the team can hit the ground running.
