Terms of Service

Node Unlock LTD, trading as Remote Humans ("we", "us", "our"), provides AI consulting, training, and implementation services including Leader Lab sessions, Build & Embed engagements, AI Agents, AI Starter Sessions, and related offerings. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements or at the point of purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• Prices are listed in the currency shown at the point of sale
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information
• For subscription services, your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel
• Stripe handles all payment processing - we do not store your credit card details

Our refund policy varies by service type:

• Sessions and consultations - cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable
• Programs and packages - refund eligibility is outlined in the specific service agreement at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions - you may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time

All content on the Remote Humans website - including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and methodologies - is owned by Node Unlock LTD (trading as Remote Humans) and protected by intellectual property laws.

• Materials provided during sessions and programs are for your personal or internal business use only
• You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share our proprietary materials without written permission
• Custom work produced during Build & Embed engagements is governed by the specific project agreement

• Provide accurate information when booking or purchasing services
• Attend scheduled sessions on time or notify us of changes in advance
• Use our services lawfully and not for any purpose that violates applicable regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access provided to you

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. This includes business strategies, technical implementations, and any information explicitly marked as confidential. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our consulting or training services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms including Stripe, Cal.com, Notion, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
