How do I know if AI can help my business?

Should we hire someone for AI or use you?

How long until we see results?

You get a costed plan in 2-4 weeks from the AI Design Sprint. In Leader Lab you build on your own work from the first session: Tom Veysey built a campaign dashboard on his own in about three hours after four sessions. Build & Embed timelines are fixed before we start.

We tried AI before and it did not stick. What should we do differently?

Start smaller and closer to the real work. Rollouts usually stall when people learn AI on generic examples and never use it on their own tasks. Pick one job that matters, then map and cost it with the AI Design Sprint in 2-4 weeks, or build on it with Leader Lab from the first session.

What should I ask before hiring an AI consultant?

Ask five things: who will do the work, what it costs, when it ends, what you keep, and whether they can show work like yours. A good consultant answers all five before you book. How are you different from a big consultancy?
